01 / Delivery
Packed with care
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll send a tracking update by email.
Shipping within Indonesia
Allow 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is complimentary on orders over Rp1.500.000; other delivery fees are shown at checkout.
A note on timing
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. During collection launches, your order may take a little longer.
02 / Returns & exchanges
A little room to reconsider
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Refunds & exchanges
After your return is checked, allow 5–10 business days for a refund to your original payment method. Exchanges depend on availability.
